What we collect
When you submit the form on this page or contact us directly, we collect your name, mobile phone number, email address, service address, and any details you choose to share about the service you need.
How we use it
We use your information only to schedule and deliver your service, to communicate with you about it, and to ask for feedback afterward. This includes text messages, phone calls, and email.
Text messages
If you check the SMS consent box, you will receive text messages from us at the number you provided. These may include appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and a request for feedback after your service is complete. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for assistance.
We do not sell or share your phone number
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent collected on this page are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers are not shared with affiliates or partners for marketing. We use service providers strictly to operate our business — for example, a scheduling and messaging platform that sends texts on our behalf — and those providers may only use your information to provide that service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and tax obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text message to stop all texts.
Email or call us to request a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it.
You can decline SMS consent and still request service — consent is not a condition of purchase.
Children
This site and our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
